QuestionIcon Question: What happens if I cant reach the Xchanger?
AnswerIcon Answer: There could be any number of legitimate reasons why your Xchanger has been unable to respond to your emails (i.e. emergencies, illnesses, or computer problems). If your buyer has a record of consistent positive feedback, be patient. Chances are, they may simply be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances. However, if you still don't hear from them you have the option of requesting their phone number, by emailing disputes@sizexchange.com, which may help facilitate the communication process.

After a reasonable amount of time, if you are still unable to contact the Seller via email or phone, you can leave appropriate Feedback to alert other bidders about your experience.

QuestionIcon Question: What happens after the transaction ends (Grabber)
AnswerIcon Answer: Both you and the seller are automatically notified at the end of an transaction.

Your notification will include all relevant details to close the sale including the seller's email address.

The points cost you grabbed the item for will then be transferred to the Xchangers account.

It is recommended that you both discuss payment of shipping and/or cash payment for the item (if a cash transaction) as soon as possible after the close of the auction, preferably within 3 days of auction close

Question TypeIcon Question Type: General Enquiries
QuestionIcon Question: Who pays the shipping for the Xchange items I have grabbed!
AnswerIcon Answer: The grabber is responsible for all postage and shipping costs. The postage and shipping methods and payment are determined by the item Xchanger prior to the posting of the item for exchange. Be sure to confirm the shipping details and cost before you bid on an item. When you bid on an item, you are legally bound to follow through with the purchase, and this includes paying for the shipping.
